Vacancy Details
- Position: Deputy Administrative Officer
- Number of Posts: 1

- Job Type: Contractual
- Duration: Initially for one year (extendable as per project requirements)

- Monthly Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Graduation in any discipline with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in Personnel, Administration, Legal, or Procurement. Of these, at least 5 years must be in a Government Department, PSU, or Autonomous Body.
- Post-Graduation/MBA (HRD) or equivalent with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in Personnel, Administration, Legal, or Procurement. Of these, at least 4 years must be in a Government Department, PSU, or Autonomous Body.
Essential Experience
- Strong knowledge of rules and regulations related to HR, Administration, Legal, and Procurement (GeM platform).
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and e-office environments.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Government Departments, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies.

Selection Process
- Interview-based selection.
- If the number of applications exceeds 20, ERNET India may conduct a screening process (shortlisting criteria, proficiency tests, or additional interview rounds).
- The date of determining age, qualifications, and experience will be the interview date.
Salary & Benefits
Breakdown of Monthly Remuneration:
- Basic Pay: 65% of total salary.
- HRA (House Rent Allowance): 25% of total salary.
- Transport Allowance: 10% of total salary (not applicable for full-month absence).

Important Notes
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories is applicable as per Government of India norms.
